1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 3pitt platform — including the website at 3pitt.vip, any associated mobile interface, or any gaming or betting service offered thereunder — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 3pitt (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3pitt platform and close your account if one has been created.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register a 3pitt account and access any betting, casino, or gaming service on the platform. 3pitt operates a strict zero-tolerance policy in respect of underage gambling. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held within will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 3pitt. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3pitt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any bonus funds, and withhold any winnings generated through promotional balances.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. 3pitt reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity at any stage and to suspend account access pending verification.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the 3pitt platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 3pitt makes no representation that the services are appropriate or legally available in any specific location. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3pitt account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, as an additional layer of account security;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify 3pitt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3pitt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach in accordance with the procedure above.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3pitt accepts deposits via the following Pakistani Rupee (PKR) payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by 3pitt, though your payment provider may apply independent charges outside of our control.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your 3pitt account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. 3pitt reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the deposit originated from a third party or that it was made fraudulently.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 3pitt account and are subject to change. 3pitt may apply temporary deposit limits at the account level in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your 3pitt account, you must have: (a) completed the identity verification process to the satisfaction of 3pitt's compliance team; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) a verified PKR payment method registered in your name on your account.

5.2 Processing Times

3pitt targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests: mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval; bank account withdrawals to registered HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day. These timelines are targets only and are not guaranteed. Processing may be delayed in cases requiring additional verification or in exceptional technical circumstances.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

3pitt reserves the right to request identification documents — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address — before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, 3pitt will direct withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, an alternative verified payment method may be used at 3pitt's discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on 3pitt are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in respect of the relevant promotion. Where no specific terms are stated, these general Terms apply in full.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are displayed in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed on excluded games or bet types do not count towards wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Placing low-risk or arbitrage bets specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures;
• Using automated betting software in connection with a promotional offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry date, after which unused bonus funds and any wagering progress will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 3pitt platform are final once confirmed. 3pitt reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Manifest error in the stated odds or game outcome due to a technical fault;
• Verification that the market was offered in error or with incorrect parameters;
• Confirmed evidence of match-fixing, manipulation, or corruption affecting the relevant event;
• Breach of these Terms by the player in connection with the relevant wager.

Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's 3pitt account balance. Winnings associated with voided bets will not be paid. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems and live dealer processes governed by 3pitt's international gaming licence obligations. 3pitt does not offer any form of guaranteed outcome or return.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3pitt platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with any 3pitt service;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, live feed data, or odds through any technical means;
• Money laundering, including the use of 3pitt accounts to layer or integrate proceeds of crime;
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your identity at any stage of registration or verification;
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage;
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of another individual;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorised payment activity;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any 3pitt interface.

9 Responsible Gaming

3pitt is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment for all players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and take seriously our obligation to help players who may be experiencing harm. The following tools are available to all registered 3pitt accounts free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choice, from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a permanent or long-term exclusion from all 3pitt services. Contact [email protected] to activate. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

3pitt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to 3pitt, other players, or the integrity of the platform;
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or is identified as a vulnerable player.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, 3pitt reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and our licence obligations. Where termination occurs for operational reasons not related to player breach, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3pitt platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data compilations — is the property of 3pitt or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any 3pitt content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 3pitt intellectual property will result in account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pitt's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3pitt shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, winnings, data, or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, third-party platform outages, acts of God, or regulatory interventions; or (d) any losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3pitt's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

3pitt processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. Your data is used for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.

3pitt applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

3pitt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 3pitt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

15 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the first instance, any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3pitt platform should be directed to our support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days.

15.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 14 business days, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution process available under 3pitt's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided to you in writing upon request.

15.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 3pitt's international gaming licence is issued. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
