Deposit Limits

Session Time Limits

Decide in advance how long you want each gaming session to last. When your session limit is reached, 3pitt will log you out automatically and display a clear summary of your session activity. You can set limits from as short as 30 minutes up to several hours per sitting.

Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break from 3pitt without permanently closing your account. Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available. During this period your account is suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The break cannot be cancelled early once activated.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gambling is becoming a problem, you can request a formal self-exclusion from 3pitt for a minimum period of 6 months, or permanently. Loss Limits

Reality Checks

Enable periodic on-screen reminders that show how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session. Reality checks appear at intervals you choose — every 15, 30, or 60 minutes — giving you the information you need to make an informed decision about whether to continue.

How to Activate Self-Exclusion

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Include your registered username and the duration you require — minimum 6 months, or permanent.

Identity Verification

Our team will verify your identity against your registered account details. This step ensures that no one else can trigger a self-exclusion on your behalf without your knowledge.

Immediate Account Deactivation

Once verified, your 3pitt account is deactivated within minutes. You will no longer be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. All pending promotional emails are suppressed.

Withdrawal of Remaining Balance

Any PKR balance remaining in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to your registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account within standard processing timelines.

Reinstatement Process (If Applicable)

For time-limited exclusions, reinstatement can only be requested after the full exclusion period has elapsed. A mandatory 7-day reflection period then applies before any account access is restored.
